Training & Certifications
All UCR employees who access UCR applications via a UCR NetID will be required to certify annually that they are compliant with security policies and procedures set forth [somewhere].
Certifying via iViews
The iViews portal will prompt anyone who has not certified compliance with security policy in the last 365 days to do so before iViews authorized applications will be available. To certify via iViews:
| Click the "Click here to certify now" link to access the certifications screen. | |
| Read and agree to all terms of service, placing checks in the checkboxes. | |
| Click the Save button. | |
| Your usual authorized applications will now be displayed. |
